Pros: The hotel location is good and the staff is very friendly. Cons: 1) The room was too small for 2 adults and 2 children. No space to keep luggage. 2) The hotel charges for drinking water. First time in my life I experienced this. 3) no parking at the hotel. Big minus point. 4) No safe (locker) in the room.

I reserved a room in Aqua Liberty Hotel from 7 until 10 of January, the location was perfect it was near to Gallery mall and so many restaurants, In check in time there was a young receptionist who was helpful and also the Bellboy was energetic and polite. Breakfast was normal.

The location is good, however the heaters in the room are so weak, I was freezing at night, there is no kettle in the room, everytime you need to make a cup of tea you have to call reception to bring you a thermos with hot water. The staff are so unfriendly, especially the breakfast lady, I don't know why they would hire such a person for hotel residents to see first thing in the morning, such an awful start for the day. The quality of food is below average too. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's an unpleasant experience and I don't advise anyone to book with them. The room they gave me is not what I booked. I booked a double room. And they gave me a single room, charging me the same price as a double room. No manager was available and after that, The receptionist mentioned, "You can cancel" after I paid the amount. The available receptionist knows nothing about customer service. He had only one answer... Cancel it .. if I had the option to do I would do but unfortunately, I was coming from Batumi. I found hair on the bedsheets and drawers. Even no housekeeper to change the bedsheets. No hot water see the video It was one of the worst experiences ever, من الاخر لا تحجزوا ....

Great location but extremely disappointing service and very unfriendly receptionist. Online, I was getting a great deal for 3 days at this hotel. But when I went there to check the rooms, the receptionist immediately blocked all the online options and I was forced to buy the same rooms at an exorbitant price for 2 days. And the third day I was forced to change to a smaller room for almost the same price. Since I was tired of lugging my suitcase and go else where, as these were the last 3 days of my trip,I grudgingly accepted the deal and paid the demanded price at the counter. Inspite of being a high end luxury hotel, they didn't offer good breakfast options, and even charged for the water provided in the room. Very disappointing hospitality for a luxury hotel. I have rated it 5 star ronly for its location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
