Amazing place. The driver The service staff is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and have great views. Morning breakfast is amazing. They bring it to rooms at set time. It was really amazing to enjoy a hot breakfast without leaving the room.

The location is incredible, and the service was great! The views from the room were stunning, and breakfast in the terrace was the best. We would definitely go back! You do have to walk around 250m to the room, uphill and downhill, so just a heads up for people who don't want to walk a lot/have mobility issues. Don't worry, they take your luggage to the room. There is no room for parking, but you can find free parking nearby.

It was our first time here but we will come back again for sure! The view from the hotel is the best in the island, the breakfast was so delicious, the room was so clean and the atmosphere was so good. They have the best manager i have ever seen, her name is Chrysa.. she did her best to make our vacation unforgettable! Thank you Chrysa for being there all of the time and taking care of us!

This hotel is AMAZING. I’ve staying in a few different hotels on Santorini and this became my favorite. The service and hospitality was awesome, Kostas helped us and we didn’t carry any of our bags. The breakfast on our terrace was impeccable. And definitely make sure to ask Maria for help with any and all reservations. She made the most amazing recommendations. 10/10

We had the best honeymoon we could have ever imagined at aqua. Maria the concierge did an unbelievable good job, showing us everything we needed to know about the island and what we should experience during our stay. Trifonas was serving most of the drinks and food to our room, he did an excellent job and was always polite and fun to talk to. The whole staff did an amazing job (especially the strong man (herkules ;)) that carried our bags all the stairs up to the reception). Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience!! Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
