My week-long stay at Aqua Resort SHA+ on Phuket was a truly memorable experience. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety through the SHA+ certification was evident from the moment I arrived. The accommodation itself was top-notch, boasting spacious and well-maintained rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing haven throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was immaculate, and I felt at ease knowing that they followed strict hygiene protocols. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the pool. It was not only impeccably clean but also a picturesque spot to unwind and soak up the tropical ambiance. Whether it was a morning swim or a late afternoon dip, the pool area was a true oasis. The hotel's location was also a plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful beaches. It made exploring Phuket a breeze. The staff's hospitality deserves a special mention. They hey have the best customers service man, “silvestre Espiritu” he is a real crises management, he supported us with a hospital situation, etc. He helped us a lot and we always come back because of this lovely family feel place.

A great resort. We had a very relaxing stay. The pool access room was great, and the pool itself was fantastic. It's a little out of the way, but hiring scooters solved this (wanderlust scooters). There are restaurants and convince stores at the end of the street. The staff we're happy and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you

Stayed here 4 nights. Staff more functional than friendly but this was fine. Pool was nice during the day but in the evening weird multicoloured flashing lights were turned on which was quite annoying (staff - just leave them on blue and no flash!). The room was excellent, one of the best we've found in Thailand, with a great bathroom. They cleaned it every day. In Thailand they don't clean the shower or tap much so this was normal (but could be improved). We also had our laundry done which was good. Bear in mind there is no cafe or restaurant in the hotel which is very odd (they do have some space and infrastructure for this so I would recommend installing a basic cafe for coffee asap). The place seems quite popular with Russian expats, which holds true for Phuket as a whole. Also there is no aircon in the public parts of the hotel including the corridors and lobby which are partly outside. Lastly if you are returning from town you need to do a tricky u-turn in the middle of the highway and immediately cross 3 lanes so you can turn quickly onto their road. This would be dangerous for inexperienced scooter drivers especially at night. So if you're OK with the above I can generally recommend this place 🙏

Hotel very good value for money! the pool and the view are amazing!! Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. You will find a 7eleven and a family mart not even 5 min away!! The swimming pool is very friendly and spacious. I will definitely be back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
