        This hotel sucks. The photos are very deceptive. The springs from the bed were basically sticking out. The room was smelling horribly. We reserved a king-sized bed and got a small one, we requested a change. Not possible. Requested a refund. Not possible. The money we had been asked to pay cash, up-front, was lost. Nasty place. Nasty staff.

        This is a great little boutique hotel, 12 rooms, close to the Beach and restaurants. Owner/Manager was awesome and accommodating since we booked all rooms for a Birthday celebration. Rooms are inexpensive compared to what your getting. This was our 2nd stay and we will be back again.

        This is not a hotel, these are apartments! Hard to find: the name - Aquamarina Suites - is not available outside, only inside?! Pros: - good location: close to the beach and 5th Avenue - free access to Martina Beach. - good wifi - every day house keeping, clean room Cons: - breakfast: you can choose from a menu (only 3 options). Getting boring after 2 days. I would not shell out money for breakfast - rooms are not well maintained: old mirror in the bathroom. Water leakage from the refrigerator. - I had to pay fro my stay in cash, credit card was not an option - There is only one ceiling light. No light on nightstand.

        There Was a roach on the bed. We tried to contact someone to let them know about the issue and nobody answered. We moved to another hotel and then they didn't gave us a refund and they also cancelled the reservation we had for the next day But they kept our credit card details. They pretend they don't speak English. They lie about the contact number. Not recommend at all. The picture it's just in the reception since we didn't take the picture of the cockroach on the room.

        Horrible and awful. Left after an hour. They were glad to take my money tho. Beds were awful. No blankets. Rusty sink. Do not book this place. Horible and mala. Las camas son sucio.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
