Our group of 10 adults booked to stay in this hotel for 4 nights from 8 to 12 Jan 2024. Excellent price to quality ratio. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Services, from reception to the restaurant are excellent as well. Location wise, we found it very convenient. A short walk to the beach, with a few beach clubs nearby, and the main road with many eateries and supermarket. Daily breakfast was varied and delicious. Hotpot dinner in the restaurant was very good too. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and comfy. The location is really good directly at the beach. The stuff was soooo nice! They seemed like they have a lot of fun to work there because everybody was so friendly and had always a smile on the face :) we stayed for 6 nights and it totally worth it. The breakfast was also very delicious and everyday there was something else. Thank you so much, especially for the airport transfer!

This was a wonderful stay. If I could give the service more stars, I would. They gave us a free upgrade to an ocean view, helped us book a tour, rented a motorbike to us, and even let us shower after we had already checked out and went for one last swim at the beach before our evening flight. Mr. Nam was particularly helpful. The room was clean and much bigger than expected, though the look was exactly the same as the photos online. The pool area was nice with a great ocean view from the top deck. The location was good— right near the bus stop on the main road for the free VinBus and a short drive to town. It was walking distance from the beach and several beach bars. If they turned the top deck into a chill bar, it would be a perfect place to stay!

This was a great stay. Clean hotel, close to the beach and lots of restaurant, just drove 8 minutes to the Night Market. It's also close to the bus stop that the free bus took us up and down the island. The crew here were fantastic and helped me with everything from recommendations to ride and even a scooter rental. Breakfast was good with some local and Western options. The swimming pool at the roof was also good. I would absolutely stay there again !

This was a great stay. Clean hotel, close to loads of restaurants and the beach, close to a few bars. The crew here were fantastic and helped me with everything from recommendations to rides and even a scooter rental. Breakfast was really good with some local and Western options. Ate at the restaurant and it was fantastic. Fitness area was a bit warm, had enough equipment to do what I wanted. I also had an amazing view of the ocean and extended my stay easily. I would absolutely stay there again! Oh it's also close to the free bus stop that goes up and down the island. Super helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
