This was our second time at AR218. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. The service is excellent. The room as spacious, modern, and even had a kitchen area too. The entire team goes above and beyond even with minor requests to make sure that we were well taken care of. We highly recommend AR218 as a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, lots of places to grab food and drinks nearby, including the Starbucks located in the building. For those that don’t speak fluent Spanish (me), security guards in the hotel were gracious enough to use Google translate to communicate with me. My king room with a balcony was so nice and definitely made my stay super enjoyable. The ac didn’t work, but a medium sized fan/humidifier was included in the room. I did have a couple of issues with frayed towels and discolored linens, but every time I reached out to the staff, they quickly resolved the issue. The towels and linens is the only room for improvement note that I have. Great customer service.

This hotel is probably one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in — worse than the Motel 6 I had to stay in once. This place felt and sounded like a prison. The hotel is all steel concrete and wood. You hear doors banging and locks clanging all night. People run up and down the stairs and you can hear every step. Dogs are barking in the “hotel.” I never write reviews but it’s complete fraud to call this 4-star or even a hotel at all. There is only security guard on site. You get in w a very long 10digit inconvenient code. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are dark with poor lighting. The toilet seats don’t fit the toilets. They won’t give you extra towels and the ones they have are full of holes. They have no amenities — basically it’s an Airbnb in a small room that resembles an extended-stay motel room. And it’s expensive! We left after the first night, checked into a very fancy hotel 3 blocks away and it was only $20 more a night. AVOID this place!!!

It's a tough decision between 3 and 4 stars, but definitely not 5. The hotel is an Internet-run place, there is no personnel on-site other than a guard at the entrance, and everything is managed through texting through WhatsApp. The place is very well situated, functional, clean, slick, spacious, modern, everything works well. Yet, it is hard not to notice that the spaces are dark and lugubrious. Even the light bulbs in the poorly lit rooms are low wattage. The windows are very large but overlook internal spaces that don't let in much light. If you don't expect a stylish place that feels beautiful to be in, this is the space for you. It's good value for your money. If you want Mexican flavor, warmth, color, and personnel to engage with during your stay, look elsewhere.

Modern, spacious and well located boutique hotel. Service is poor. They forgot to make my room, and later there was no one other than the security guard to respond. Other than a Starbucks, there is no other food/snack/water etc. on site.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
