Real Riad. Helpful staff. Welcome tea was offered at the time of check in. Free breakfast. You need help from locals to find the Riad. Taxi leave at accessible road. After that you have to walk a very short distance. Lots of food on the street. We loved it.

I spent a few days in Marrakech in the Arabian Riad where I felt at home. Fantastic place, clean, comfortable and very characteristic rooms. Wonderfully kind and polite staff. The owner is friendly, smart and very helpful. Unforgettable breakfasts and dinners. I will be back in October with great pleasure. Thank you all already I miss you so much. See you soon.

Breakfast was bread honey and jam drinks were orange juice tea and coffee. No eggs? And had to pay extra for them? Very very limited. We ate out most of the time and the one time we thought we could use room service and the staff said it will take 2 hrs. The lad usually working said 'we will have to call the chef and it will be a while' he gave us the feeling its something that would be too much trouble to go through. We were also quoted the wrong taxi price. When we asked for laundry his simple answer was 'no' instead of showing us where we might be able to get it done etc. Alot of things we were told 'no' to, such as omelette, then he changed answer to 'yes but pay' he never provided any solutions. Not helpful, not hospitable at all. We were told we had to move rooms 1 night after our stay along with a 3 Yr old this was very inconvenient. This ruined our stay, we looked at changing places to stay. But the cancellation fee was too high to bother.

Very warm welcome on arrival, however the Riad is accessible by car. Very pretty rooms. Very friendly waiter, the food is also very good. The people at the reception are very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
