1- Cleaning and building staff were very rude at the moment of check out, very unfriendly as I overslept for the check out time. It was my fault but not reason to be that rude. Specially the way the asked me to leave the property. Was extremely rude. 2- The keys are the worst. I had to request over 4 keys during my 6 days stay. They get deactivated when contact with cellphones or by entering a store with anti-thief’s system at the exit(as per the staff). 3- Even though we left a tag on the door requesting cleaning, they never did it. In 6 days they never cleaned it or changed the towels. 4- Cleaning staff never cleaned the apartment and were very unfriendly and rude. 5- I never got the apartment number I was assigned. I had to literally try every single door on the building to find my apartment. No kidding. I didn’t get the apartment number in the emails received neither on the check in receipt. 6- After you pay for your stay, they charge you another fee at check in. They advised me about it but it’s not fair that after you pay for your stay at Bookings, you have to pay at check in. 7- If you can get an AirBnB or a hotel, get it. It’s almost the same price and your experience will be way better. 8- Internet never worked inside the apartment. I had to seat next to the main entrance to get the signal.

Cheap and close to sagrada familia. Generally quiet but noise isolation was poor, was woken by the tenants above scraping their chairs on the tiles. No service or amenities provided except for a watered down 1/10 bottle of hand soap next to the bathroom sink. Reception staff were absent and difficult to contact and not particularly helpful and made it difficult to store and collect luggage on the final day. Were promptly asked to leave at 10am, which is early for Spain, with no capacity for late check out.

I came here with my husband and two teenagers the apartment is great. Pros: Master bedroom has a huge bed Second bedroom has two full sized single beds WiFi workes for us in the living room Nice large balcony at the back Service button man was so lovely and friendly Nice sized kitchen Good shower and towels provided Great black out shutters Really good air-conditioning Location is fab - 10 minutes from Westfield Gloria with all the big shops - 5 minutes to Lidl - 15 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia - 25 minutes walk to the beach - 35 minutes walk to las ramblas. Cons: Only a sheet on the bed Didn't get cleaned in our 7 day stay No washing machine despite our holiday company listing it had one No oven gloves or chopping board We have loved our stay and would happily come back anytime!

Spacious apartment with great location. Two seperate badrooms, one with single and one with double bad. Kitchen with everything that you need. Heating works fine. Metro station is 5 min walk from building. Sagrada Familia is 15 min walk. There are many markets, bakeries, shops and everything you need around. Check In procedure is very simple, just follow instructions at the display. We stay 3 nights. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is even a small kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and a washing machine of you want to cook for yourself. Even though there is a street outside the window, you can't hear anything because of the nice windows. The check in was easy. We just had to follow the instructions and check in at the touch screen machine where we also received the key card for the room The only minus was the cleanliness of the room. The floor and the sofas were dirty and we had to clean then ourselves. We also had a cockroach in our room two days in a row, but it could just be our luck.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
