This is a wonderful spot to stay in Barcelona, right smack in the Gothic Zone, around TONS of restaurants, shopping, etc. We stayed here for 5 nights recently- had a junior suite with a Queen Bed and 2 sofa couches (which my kids (16 & 17) said were super comfortable!) I could easily write my review talking about the location, how beautiful the room was, etc....but truthfully, I want to really focus on how GREAT the staff was. Everyone was absolutely so friendly and professional, they made our stay perfect! Yes, the room was beautiful, and yes the location is so much fun...but the folks working here are what makes this place really shine. I would absolutely stay here again, highly recommended if you are looking in the area. A+++ experience, thank you!

This has been my second time staying here, and every time I come back to Barcelona I will make sure I stay here! It’s the most fantastic hotel with incredible rooms, brilliant, helpful and informative staff who are always so kind. It’s absolutely a 5* hotel with 5* service in the best location going - thank you again for another wonderful stay. Special thanks to Denis and Christian for looking after us so well.

Great last minute find. Staff was very accommodating as we were from another country and had numerous questions. Room was rustic and fit perfectly into the surroundings. Amenities were great and the location was right in the middle of everything. Guest services went above and beyond to get us tickets for various tours. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Stunning hotel apartments. Its central Gotic location meant we were a stumbling distance from amazing cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. The staff are incredible. The rooftop pool was such a treat too. The only thing I'd say was a slight issue was the noise at night. The patio doors were very well sound insulated, but the more determined party goers could definitely be heard well enough to wake us on some occasions.

Loved this spot! Had a beautiful room with views into the courtyard close to the hotel. Hotel is so central. It is in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, but it is still very close to the metro as well as some fun sites like the market. If you do have views into the courtyard, the double doors, and Juliet balconies and regular balconies are absolutely gorgeous, though, they may be slightly loud at night. There are often performers in the courtyard near the hotel but they are all professional so I found myself opening the doors to get a better listen. Water pressure at this hotel was absolutely incredible though, for whatever reason the shower took a few tries to figure out how to get it on the setting I wanted. Room service was great, and there are lots of toiletries in the washrooms. The hotel does have a rooftop pool. It is small, but does the job most people use the rooftop for tanning or just relaxing and lounging. Though the hotel is mostly renovated, some small features like the staircase and corridors seem a little older or run down but that is part of the hotels charm (it is a converted palace after all). Finally, the room I stayed in was technically an apartment style so had a small kitchenette between the door and main bed area though I didn’t use it during my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
