Had a wonderful stay at this very peaceful, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff are very kind and always ready to help. The Mountain View room we had was very clean and modern. The long length of the pool was great for getting in a workout! We slept very well. I really liked the free shuttle service to go to Ao Nang Beach, the driver was very kind and waited for us when our food was late and we needed a ride back to the hotel! Around the same time we arrived someone dropped off a momma cat and her 3 babies and it was so nice being able to take care of them and momma. The kittens were adopted but not the mother and so we left some food for her with the very nice young man at the reception who said he would make sure to feed her while I try to arrange for a shelter to pick her up. He does not have to do that and I was very touched by his willingness to accompany me in taking care of the cats. He also helped me look for the kittens when it was raining and I was worried about them. It really was the perfect cherry on top for our stay. The way people treat innocent, helpless beings says a lot about them and how you can expect to be treated. All in all, would definitely stay here again. The quality/price ratio is great and as they are coming back from the absence of tourists during the pandemic, I highly recommend supporting them by staying here and enjoying a lovely place for a really good price. Thank you so much to the staff 🙏🙏🙏

Very nice hotel with awesome views and very good amenities. The hotel has a small private beach and in contrast with some reviews that I have read in high tide is possible to take a bath. The breakfast is good and varied. The restaurant has a good variety of dishes and good prices. Staff always willing to help. Thanks a lot for the stay!

Amazing sea view at restaurant! This place has 3 nice beautiful pools, the best one facing the sea. Mountain View is also pleasant. Reception is very helpful and speak good English. Sometimes a bit impatient but it's fine. They bought us teeth brush from 711 at late evening. Food can be improved but overall it's great value of money, my mom loves it a lot! Thanks for everything :)

Great family-oriented hotel with three pools and several fountains inside them that are great for both adults and kids. Breakfast is a huge added value and the quality/price is really high. Best place we've stayed so far after a month in Thailand.

Very nice place, really friendly staff. View to the mountains and to the sea. Tasty breakfasts included. Several times a day there is hotel-bus that takes you to Ao Nang beach and back for free. We are going to miss this place! Staff gave us tips to cool trips and even booked those for us by phone. By far the best hotel we had on our 15-days trip in Thailand!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
