I recently stayed at this quaint hotel, a bit far from the beach, but it offers a homely vibe. The rooms resemble cozy cocoons, equipped with all the essentials like a washing machine, microwave, electric stove, and a refrigerator. The elevated view of the sky is breathtaking, though the pool is a bit small. What stood out to me was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. From the entrance to the dining area, the welcoming staff, especially Miss Numwan, ensured a delightful experience. Her attentive and caring service truly made a difference. Overall, despite its modest size and distance from the sea, the hotel's outstanding service and thoughtful staff make it a worthwhile stay.

We stayed here for 2 days. Hotel is extremely beautiful and have a very good ambiance. As we are vegans so they provided breakfast as per our requirement. Staff is really very nice specially Hmew. She is really caring. Overall hotel is good. Deserve more 5 star. Recommended

Worst experience in my whole stay in Thailand and it’s my 4th time in here. We 4 four people who got food poisoning after eating the same day at the restaurant. When coming a day after to report it at the reception, the hotel manager and its workers didn’t care about our experience and only cared about medical approve for us being with bad stomach. We checked out a day earlier due to our terrible experience. The staff was very aggressive when facing this situation and didn’t even apologize nor compensate our bad experience. Moreover, the pool was full of chlorine , for sure above the allowed amount and the windows that surround the poll are really dirty , not exposing any real view. This hotel obviously has high rating than it should be for one exact reason. If you eat at the restaurant , even before finishing your meal, the waitresses literally harass you to give them a good review and state their names. In conclusion, do yourself a favor, find a nice hotel near the beach, the prices aren’t that different.

Overall fantastic 3 days stay. Excellent management: Minor issues were dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction. Both Premium Doubles and Deluxe Doubles are great value for money. While both room types are almost equally attractive and benefit from careful housekeeping, the Deluxe rooms offer more quiet with little to no traffic noise. Their Iced Latte beats a well known international brand by lengths and can be ordered for breakfast. Restaurant staff is kind, attentive and efficient. The SPA is well presented with excellent therapists. However sadly I experienced a lack of complete privacy whilst 2 hours into a treatment which is detrimental to the otherwise outstanding experience. Ask for treatments to be carried out in other therapy rooms than the one immediately adjacent to the SPAs reception area.

25/01/2024 I have used the hotels of your group twice before. I stayed at Arden Hotel and Residence for five nights in November last year. I felt good this time because we mainly came to play golf. The washing machine in the hotel is very useful to us. We are satisfied with the facilities. We are satisfied with the cleanliness. We are satisfied with the staff. We are satisfied with the location. We are satisfied with the restaurant. However, I feel that there is still room for improvement in the food. Overall, I am satisfied🤝😁🤝😁

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
