Terrible customer service. I booked 2 nights. My flight was delayed so I let the hostel know in advance that I will arrive only the second night. No response that night. Then in the morning my whole reservation was cancelled. It was impossible to reach out to them to make sure I have a place to sleep at that date after the whole previous night staying at the airport. I contacted bookings for help but they did not manage to reach out to them either. When I managed they said the reservation was cancelled as no show up and that I need to book a new night. I decided to go there anyway to claim my bed or money. When I arrived, no apology, nothing. But at least they accommodated me in mixed dorm even though I paid for females only. Showers not clean and shower, head and water tap damaged, rooms noisy from the street. The only plus is decoration of the halls that on pictures probably attracts people. To sum up? Definately not recommended unless you are desperate and cannot find anything else last minute.

I stayed in 4bed dorm and it was okay , though the ventilation was poor . Bed bugs were seen all over the!! No wifi in hostel throughout my stay of 4days , we complained multiple times but no one seemed to care. Very few washrooms with lots of people , bathing area was very bad Common area lacks seating , cleaning. No stove or burner to cook , it only has a microwave. Lastly but the most important- they have a thousand rules and charge fine for everything. But when its comes to providing facilities they do none. If you wanna stay and suffer maybe this is the one

It was very clean and central. The communal area was calm. Be aware that the rooms look out into busy Sol, so the bars are lively at night, which might be hard if you’re a light sleeper. The showers were warm, and you’re expected to clean up after yourself so it was very clean for us, but it could use more hooks for your clothes. The staff were friendly and checkin was smooth. Lots of these other reviews seem to expect a fancy hotel service, but for a backpacking hostel it’s an excellent standard and we felt safe and comfy the whole time.

I had a disappointing experience at the hotel. Despite reporting issues multiple times, the WiFi remained non-functional throughout my stay. The washrooms were cramped, lacked proper sanitization, and to make matters worse, I encountered bed bugs. The overall lack of maintenance was evident and significantly impacted my stay.

Got there early in the morning and they were able to secure our bags for free until check in. Took a little bit after check in to get our rooms but not terrible. This location is in a great location. Many restaurants, shopping areas and sight seeing locations within walking distance and the Metro stations are close too. That alone was worth the 5 stars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
