Room C707. A bit small but it is ok. Safe was locked and even after my request to fix it- nobody came to the room at all. No slippers, no bath robe, no hangers in a wardrobe. The guy who took me to the room doesn’t speak English at all. WiFi is slow. The swimming pool and a gym- you don’t get an access card to it, you have to request it when you want to go there.

My experience is all good, the Condominium is well run, lots of underground parking. The staff in the Juristic Persons office are pleasant and helpful. I will definately come back. Only 40 Baht for a motorbike taxi into City centre using the bolt app, or walk about 200m up to Thappraya Road and hop in a Baht bus ride for 10Baht. Nice place to stay.

The accommodation was dirty from the door all the way to the bathroom. The sofa bed was pulled out & as we tried to push it back empty condom wrappers and more filth was found. I was charged an extra 700bht for cleaning but I found the place dirty anyway. The place had huge roaches crawling out of random places which was disgusting to witness. Finding transportation such as a grab or bolt was a mission. However the pool, restaurant, gym and security at gate were nice.

Nice pools, close to food and small bars. My room has been quiet and comfortable enough. A few 8asues, but think they're probably room specific. Overall pretty good value tbf

This place is awesome. 2 giant pools. Sauna. it has everything. And location is great. I wish I had continued my stay there. Great resort style accommodation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
