        There should be a mat in front of the bathroom so it doesn't get wet in the room. The pillows were not given pillowcases so it felt dirty and uncomfortable. Toilet paper is not changed when there are new customers? Seriously? Security is lacking, when you want to enter the room there is a room key with a different number but can still be used, so there are two room keys, one of our keys with the corresponding room number, the other is different from the room number. No shampoo? Toothbrush and toothpaste? There was only soap. A decent view of the room with trains passing by.

        We had pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel GM Mrs Flaviana Ratnasari was very nice and gave us an upgrade to suite room that has living room as well. The rooms are clean and well organised. The bedroom were spacious with king size comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of options. Friendly staff's too. The hotel location is very strategic. There are shopping malls within walking distance, short taxi ride to Jakarta Old Town and Ancol Beach. And 15 mins taxi ride to Monument National. I would definatelly recommend this hotel. 🥰🥰

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
