We had a wonderful stay at Andronis Arcadia for our anniversary. Right from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. My wife and I truly cherished every aspect of this hotel. We also had the opportunity to explore the other sister hotels on the island, making our experience even more special. The overall aesthetic of Andronis Arcadia is breathtaking, from the beautifully designed rooms and exquisite restaurants to the inviting pool area and the impeccably dressed staff. We were really impressed that we're already planning our next visit. And I can't forget to mention the incredible breakfast that catered to all our needs.

Andronis Arcadia: A Paradise in Santorini My recent stay at Andronis Arcadia in Santorini was nothing short of magical. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were absolutely captivated by the breathtaking views of the sea and the impeccable design of the resort. This review barely does justice to the incredible experience we had during our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, who made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail throughout our stay was truly remarkable and added a personal touch to our vacation. It's the kind of hospitality that sets Andronis Arcadia apart from the rest. Our room was nothing short of a luxurious haven. The elegant decor and thoughtful design elements immediately caught our eye, and the private terrace with a small pool overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea was a true highlight. We spent many hours relaxing on our terrace, soaking in the serene ambiance and enjoying the mesmerizing sunsets that Santorini is known for. Hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, very conveniently located right next to town, and the staff is phenomenal. They provide such exceptional customer service here that sets the highest bar. Everyone here was so nice, accommodating, and made our trip to Santorini perfect. We will definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing. Service was perfect, with lots of staff taking care of everything we could need. We had a heated plunge pool with our room, which was wonderful, although the bath tub was also so gigantic we could’ve swam in that. The architecture of the rooms was very unique and cave-like, which provided for a very restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was included and super delicious, especially their kiwi marmalade, waffles and Orange cake. Golf carts are provided to shuttle you around the property because it’s so big. The pool is huge, and not heated but really nice and there are some beautiful ocean views. The whole place is just stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to honeymoon.

The hotel was very nice. I stayed with my wife for a long weekend. View was stunning and Oia is a very beautiful city. This is the nicest and closest hotel to Oia (and has a gym… most won’t have on the island ;)). A special remark goes to Natasha who is a physiotherapist. She gave me incredible treatment to a recurring problem I had and advices me on continued treatments. This in and of itself was priceless for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
