The hotel staff were incredibly kind. We traveled with our eight month old and two year old and they were so kind with them and our needs. The room was spacious. Incredibly clean. We swam in the evenings after walking all over. The only thing was breakfast was okay and they had no baby seating but there were incredible choices around and grocery store next store. So recommend eating out but hotel was great price and truly incredible staff

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It's relatively new, and the facilities are in excellent condition—very clean. The front desk staff are extremely polite, patient, and helpful. The cleaning crew is meticulous, keeping our room spotless. Returning to the hotel after a tiring day of travel and finding everything well-organized was truly soothing; many thanks for that. The location is convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a bus stop a short distance away, along with a subway station within walking distance. The only drawback is the sound insulation. Being on the street side, there's potential for traffic noise, and laughter from the neighboring rooms can be heard in the quiet spaces. Occasionally, there are faint sounds from the walls. However, overall, these noises didn't significantly impact sleep and were generally acceptable.

The room was spacious for four of us, and comfortable bed, everything very new. But for the shower not enough water pressure, and running slowly. I will suggest put one more coffee table or desk in the room. The toilet ventilation was not good!! Also, no box tissue provided it was quite disappointed. Overall happy to stay in this hotel during our family vacation in Barcelona.

The most disappointing part is the breakfast, very limited choice, charge kid full price. Regular price is 15 euro per person, when we checked in, they say right now promotion 12.5 euro. On the checkout day , front desk say 12.5 is only when you choose breakfast during the entire stay. We only did for the first morning. Room close to the street side is loud. Not close to the city centre, would not recommend to others.

Unbelievabely good quality to price ratio. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a walking distance to every major landmark in Barcelona - and if you aren't keen on walking, it's just across the street from a metro station. The rooftop pool offers great views and the reception team is friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably sized, while the bathroom offered a spacious shower with premium amenities. Overall - highly recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
