The location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel itself is good. The breakfast is also very nice. However if I have to be honest I was not impress and quite disappointed about the welcoming of the receptionist that checked me and my friend in. I was shocked to see how cold, impersonal, emotionless, she was. I do this job and I work in the hospitality industry enough time to say that this is not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel! The receptionist has to be welcoming, smiling and eager to help at all the times! This ruined what could have been a great experience.

I stayed here for 3 nights in September. This was one of the best value/price/quality hotels I've slept in. There are hot showers, AC, and good wifi. They clean the rooms daily and the beds are comfy and it's quiet at night. Location is also excellent as it's like a 7 minute walk to the dancing house and the big museum. Only thing I'd change is the power of the AC- I like it very cold at night and while it chilled the room, it wasn't as cold as I'd like.

My girlfriend passed out on a chair by the lobby while I went downstairs, the girl who was at the reception was just sitting and was on the computer while a guest tried to wake her up, I took her back upstairs to the room and when I went downstairs and asked the receptionist to give me ice to lower my girl's temperature, they said they don't have ice??? how is it possible that a 4-star hotel has no ice, so I pay 600 euros to stay in this hotel and they have no ice the worst receptionist ever and they just don’t care about their guests. Very bad experience. If you don’t believe me watch your security camera date 18.11.2023. Front lobby. If I lived in this country I would sue this hotel.

After 3 days in Poland we arrived in Prague and came directly to the Archibald, We had reservations for 4 rooms and 5 people. The hotel seemed a little away from Old Town SQ but after walking it everyday we realized it was a perfect location, just around the corner and down the road from Wenceslas Sq adn maybe 15 minute walk to Old Town Sq and all the tourist hotspots,. I also loved the little market store on the corner. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice, A little noisy if on the street side so keep your windows closed (I love them open). Breakfast was very nice with many options and selections. We had a range of hotel desk clerk experiences. Some were extremely nice, friendly and helpful, some seemed to prefer to not be bothered. Every night we would sit in the lobby and relax with some wine (we bought at store) and prepare for the next day. On some nights we had a nice conversation with desk clerks. My biggest complaint would be the wi-fi. It was horrible. Weak and spotty at best, it kept dropping connection and resetting. It was a little better in the rooms, but in the lobby it was awful. In todays "connected" age with such a reliance on apps this was very disappointing. At least I had my e-sim to rely on. Overall I was pleased with this hotel but would suggest they encourage all staff to be more friendly and helpful adn upgrade to a better internet service.

Please check all 1 star reviews! Chose my last night here as the place seems nice. Requested a quiet room and got one by the road. Absolutely worst sleep I have had here and I’m now exhausted. Room cleaning disappointing, tv didn’t change Chanel’s or show any programs. Remote was coverd in years of filth never cleaned. Spoke to the management and she just smirked the entire time and just didn’t care. Sham of a customer service. Make sure you rooms are clean. And avoid a room next to the road. Tried pulling the hotel is busy card on me.. I spoke to the night receptio n when I arrived, they had already told me how it was not that busy. Lies straight to your face.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
