Very nice hotel, modern and clean rooms, easy access from the motorway. The staff was friendly too! The only negative is the price of the underground garage - 20 EUR per night, a bit expensive. Overall highly recommend!

Overall the hotel looks good but there are 2 thing that really disturbed us 1. the breakfast price was too high (after we took a look what breakfast include) 2. the major thing is the twin beds. it was uncomfortable and impossible to really sleep or expand towards the second bed because in the middle of the bed you can really feel the discharge and it was simply uncomfortable and impractical. We try to reach the front desk and the option of upgrading the room for a fee and received an answer that all hotel rooms have twin beds

AC temperature control locked. Why? I sleep bad in hot weather and opening window is not an option when trams and cars riding in front of the hotel. Overall nice and modern hotel, great breakfast and restaurant. Happy I had only one night though. Due to AC control is blocked I doubt I choose this hotel again next time.

Hotel is excellent, service food and rooms, its 30 minutes walk from the old town, but the cost is much cheaper than those in the centre. I would definitely stay again and probably will.

Very nice hotel! Everything was perfect, except for the air conditioner which cannot be adjusted to a temperature (only 3 degrees) and does not work when the window is open.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
