The layout is a bit confusing and we had trouble to navigate our rooms on level 3, and our breakfast/dinner room which is located on Piano floor which is on level 3 of an adjacent building The breakfast is average, and the dinner service is slow , probably due to lack of waitresses.

Our stay was great because it was clean, quiet, and felt like home away from home. The staff was awesome, especially Vanessa. She taught us the do's and don'ts of Rome and boy did we need it. The food was delicious as well, I would definitely stay there again.

My tour stays in this hotel. It is a 4 stars hotel according to google. It is not fancy, but it is clean. The room happened to be bigger than typical hotels in Europe. Complimentary wifi and hot water. Staff is friendly.

Without a car most of the places in walking distance is blocked off by the main road. And have to say the rooms got extremely warm with the ac only working for 30 sec then shutting off, but the hotell on it's own was good! Staff was nice and helpfull

Great place you’ll have to have a car otherwise no point staying here because no place to go. Great underground car park, limited breakfast for a 4 start hotel friendly staff

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
