Can't recommend this hotel enough. It's so well located and surrounded by all the sights you need to see in Istanbul. Even though it's near all the main attractions it was still peaceful and quiet. The staff are all so welcoming. The manager and his team are there to advise, organize or answer any questions. The feel of this hotel is homely and our stay of four nights was a excellent experience. All in all would say a stay here if you're visiting Istanbul is a great choice. Breakfast is your usual fare but enough options for everyone. Views from the terrace restaurant are wonderful. Restaurants and attractions are literally at your doorstep as are trams, taxis etc. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and housekeeping is well maintained.

Istanbul holiday period 06/01-11/01. We stayed at the Arden City Hotel. The accommodation was of high quality! Very good breakfast and dinner! The staff is very polite and very helpful! Special thanks to Omer who behaved wonderfully!

Amazing front desk customer service from Emre, who puts the customer needs first and always at hand to help with anything you need aswell as great knowledge of Istanbul. Upon arrival when checking in, Emre gave us a very nice room on top floor with a great view. I will most definitely 100% return again to Arden City Hotel, everybody there is very helpful and friendly. Thank you again for the great hospitality from start to finish.

The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul, only a few steps away from the most famous tourist attractions. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Umer one of the staff members was very kind. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant located on the roof top overlooks the blue mosque. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
