The “boutique” aura of this hotel would appear to be fading. Our room was okay (useful fridge and kettle) but we were not given any toiletries until the third day. Our balcony was small and there was nothing to sit on outside. I was kept awake by incessant dog barking next door. There was no tap on the bidet hose and we were told “it is how it is”. The room was nicely cleaned each day and the water, tea, coffee refreshed. The restaurant is closed and much of the lobby covered up. The Melaka one-way system makes this quite a long way - we walked into the centre and also took Grabs and wished we had booked by the river.

Friendly staff, stunning interior design, absolutely immaculate room.. surprised this isn't at least a 4 star and you can get this for a very cheap price. Definitely reccomend. Only downside is its a bit out of town but not too far - may have to get a taxi to avoid walking back and forth too much but taxis are very cheap in Malaysia anyway

Good location, Friendly staff, however just when we arrived for check in(15:40~), the room was not ready and we waited for about 20 minute for the cleaning. Hope they could improve this in the future.

In future won't order for this hotel ,coz when time 1am-6am have noisy sound ,ppl talking,ppl open door ,lift sound ,walau er cannot sleep The room size tally with the price But the wood door ald wet spoil The curtain many dust ,the balcony did not clean up .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
