We didn’t like this ‘resort ‘ hotel ! Showers needs a lot of bleach though, terrible water no warm enough , the place is just ok if where $25 only per night but we paid $150 per room ! Not worth it . sorry but this’s my honest opinion. No coming back anymore

Very nice location. A/C and wifi in each room. Man-made hot springs are nice. Pool was nice. Food at the pool and main restaurants was good. Staff was very nice.

Charming place. We stayed in “Superior” room after the start of the low season. The first room smelled bad due to mildew but they changed our room with no hesitation. The 2nd room was great. The grounds are kept in excellent shape. The hot springs is water that is pumped and the pools are smaller, maybe for a small group of people. The dining room had good food. It’s open air. No A/C so hot and some flies. I would come back. It was worth it.

What I really enjoy in this hotel is the hot springs. The space in the room is ok, we have 2 beds buy the pillows and maitress looks old and not really confortable (room 102). The chair outside the room it was brake. You can drink water from the zinc. Breaksfast was included and it was good from 6.30 to 9.30 am. Pool bar the price is in dollars. I order a burger, a peruvian ceviche and 3 beers it was $64 dollars including the service. The service from the pool bar was not good very slow. I request the peruvian ceviche and has peruvian aji that is a really wierd chile that your body feel that you are really spicy and it was a horrible experience. So i was asking for water and the waiter instead of bring the water he was talking with the rest of the waiters at the pool, so i have to stand up and request for my water. Anyways, i definitely will go to the hotel again just for the hot springs not for rooms or food.
