Absolutely amazing, location was perfect for us as its a 10 walk to the beach. Exceptionality clean, breakfast was traditional Greek with cold meats, bread, fruit, yoghurt Room are clean with a small fridge and safe. Pool area is ample size for guests with beds always available Staff cannot do enough to help and assist your stay

Just back from lovely week in Greece. Absolutely impressed about hotel. Don't look at "stars". Yes, there is only three stars but you will feel so nice welcome, all staff so nice and helpful. We, actually, felt like we visiting family )) Rooms very clean, spacious, all have balconies and little fridge (that important in the warm weather!). Nice lobby, breakfast good, swimming pool area very relaxing. Maybe it should be a little kettle in the room for tea and coffee but, to be fair, we didn't ask. I think if you will ask, you will get it (as we asked for iron). Staff always giving advice where to go and what to see around the island. Location is good for those who like quiet relaxing break. Walk to the beach and Promenade about 8-10 minutes which is not problem. No loud noises around. Bus stop 5 minutes away. We are happy we chose this hotel.

Areti is a nice, comfortable and well-situated hotel. Ten minutes to the beach, bus stop or Kamari center. Service is very polite and helpful (thanks, for ordering a delicious ice-coffee :)), rooms are cleaned each day (thanks Merry! :) ) and it is quite distinctive, that the entire stuff works very hard on keeping the place on a very good level. Swimming pool was also a very positive surprise. Breakfests could be a little bit more varied (especially warm meals), but it is not something which can decrease the overall note for this place. I definitely recommend!

Very clean and spacious. Location is perfect. The host,Konstantinos,was really helpful as well as all staff members. Not to forget the young guy at the pool bar who was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
