This is a friendly, safe, clean, convenient and reliable hotel, very close to Piraeus port. I have stayed here half a dozen times now, usually alone, and have never had a bad experience. Half of the hotel has been refurbished to a very good standard; but the rooms in the older half are still a decent standard and have nice little balconies with good city and port views. The hotel is quiet, despite its central location. Prices are usually around €40 per night, but do vary depending on season. Disabled access is limited, as it is in most Greek hotels. My own experience is that you can only really use this hotel if you can stand, bear weight and manage a step or two. There is a level access through the main entrance and to reception. However, although there is a small lift which takes guests up to rooms in the older part of the hotel, I do not think that a wheelchair would fit into it. There is a baggage storage room downstairs, and staff have been happy for me to leave my mobility scooter there overnight. Most rooms seem to have a small step between the bathroom and the bedroom, and there are no handrails around, showers or toilets. There are a few nice coffee, shops and tavernas very close by, And the hotel is in the heart of Piraeus, so you’ll find everything you would expect to find in the city within a few minutes walk.

Don't be fooled by the exterior. Must have been recently refurbished. Super clean. Staff were friendly enough. Good location as it is close to the port. Good for staying overnight to catch the meningitis ferry. The breakfast was actually alright for 8 euros. Good restaurant called

Simply the best!! Excellent rooms, clean and very nice decorated. Also, very helpful and kind personnel I strongly recommend a stay here! P.S: Ideal location near to the metro and the center of Piraeus.

- Reception: People were nice and also always available even when we left at 5:45 am to go to the ferry - Beds: Ok. We also found some duvets folded on the side which was nice as I was sick and used one as I was cold - Bathroom: on this point... It was fairly painful. The sink is super tiny and there's nothing else where to leave some stuffs in the bathroom. The shower is wide open and there isn't a way to close it so you end up with loads of water everywhere which is unpleasant. Finally, the door of the bathroom is blurry but not enough IMO and for noise isolation... There's none - Miscellaneous: A small kettle with some glasses and spoons would be nice to make some tea etc - Location: Great for the ferry, we went by car in less than 10mn (at ~6am though)

4 stars just because the hotel is really cheap. It’s fine if you have to spend the night in Athens while you wait for a ferry, but that’s about it. Rooms are reasonably clean and quiet.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
