The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are a bit small which made me feel more cramped, and our air control didnt work properly. We traveled in the off season so the pool area was closed, but I could see how that would be an amazing addition during the warmer months. It is centrally located on a lot of busy areas without being directly on it. We stayed on a Friday night and it was extremely noisy due to the closeness of the bars. The noise from the party people outside went on until about 4am, but you can really hear everything.

Positives Great location (middle of all the cool places) . Very friendly receptionist at night and other staff. Good breakfast. Clean and nice shower. High internet speed. We stayed here 3 nights and will stay here again in the future. Thank you, Argos Hotel.

A lovely ottoman style hotel in the centre of the old town, rooms were great walk in shower,fridge, tv. A good breakfast spread. The manager and Şadi were very friendly nothing was to much. The only downside is it is very close to the bar street so was quite noisy but you get used to it

I highly recommend staying here. We booked in 4 rooms as a group and all rooms were spectacular with very clean facilities. It is a historic building but the hotel has maintained it superbly. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The location is perfect for people who want entertainment as it is in the Centre of various attractions such as shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach is a 4 minute walk. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

+ clean and spacious room + nice front desk + budget hotel, but u pay for it by all the inconveniences listed below - location very near to pubs and clubs, so loud disco music until 3 in the morning - NO HOT WATER, had to start my journey without a shower, which is the worst. Management was useless in this case - No iron available for press the clothes 🤦‍♂️ they just had one which was occupied by other guest all evening. So we went without ironed clothes and without a shower. What a nightmare - Phone is the room didn’t work. Told the manager but no fix. Had to run down for every small detail

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
