        DO NOT STAY! The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it is a non smoking hotel. When we brought this concern to the staff, they said they told the people not to smoke but there was nothing else they could do. The bathroom ceiling is damaged and water leaked through into the bathroom while we were staying there. The room was a smattering of “furniture and decor” piled into a room and not well. These rooms were constructed and put together in a rush. There are no lamps, no sound proofing and no amenities. The price that we paid, £1,575/ $2000, and we expected more. We have traveled all over the world and have never asked for a refund. We also have never left a hotel early because it was that bad. We stayed for 2 nights and asked for a refund on the last 4 which they “considered” and denied. They denied us because we would not take another room in the basement. We refused because when we asked if they could guarantee that this new room wouldn’t have problems, they could not. I want to note the two male front attendants we dealt with were amazing and they had great customer service. The female attendant was rude, accusatory, pointed blame at us and not once apologized.

        Despite bringing these issues to the attention of hotel staff on two separate occasions, my concerns were dismissed. 1. Bag Leakage and Property Damage: On the last day during checkout, I left my bag at the reception for a brief period. Upon my return, I discovered a mysterious liquid had leaked onto my belongings, including my coat. This not only resulted in an unpleasant odor but also caused damage to my personal items. I believe I deserve compensation for this inconvenience. 2. Misleading Room Advertisement: The room I was provided was significantly smaller (less than 9m2) than what was advertised (12m2). The misleading images in advertisement were a major disappointment, and I feel misled as a customer. Extra tiny sink size, no wardrobe, no desk as in images. 3. Dirty Sheets: The sheets provided were visibly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel that charges £560 for a three-night stay. In light of these issues, I am appalled at the lack of hospitality demonstrated by staff. It is disappointing that my concerns were met with blame rather than a sincere effort to rectify the situation. I had prepaid for my stay five days prior, leaving me with no option to cancel. This, coupled with the unsatisfactory conditions, has left me feeling cheated as a customer.

        I enjoyed my stay with you. Neat and clean room. It’s very very close to the tube station. Calm and quiet area that allows you relax, and within walkable distance a lot many historical sites, tourist attractions. I appreciate the friendly reception that you’ve given me a comfortable entry to the hotel.

        Liked this hotel for its excellent cleanliness and super attentive staff. Modern room and bathroom. Defiantly great value for money. Sometimes i pay more and end up in an old shabby hotel but here it was really good price value ratio. Free luggage storage was a life saver. also a smart tv was good.

        Stayed in a double room shared bathroom and was not sure while booking if it will be suitable and was nicely surprised that the room was of a good size and very clean. Many shared bathrooms, so never busy. Location was absolutely amazing and price of shared bathroom was affordable. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use again.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
