That view. Wow. Not only is the location perfect — located just outside of the main walkway on the caldera in Fira — but the quality of the suites and the service were above reproach. My family was absolutely delighted to stay here.

Everything was amazing from start to finish at this hotel and villas. Everything from check-in to breakfast served at the door and check out went smoothly. They made our anniversary trip that much more special. They went above and beyond our expectations. Special mention for their excellent service to Stacy and Alex. Views from this hotel are just breathtaking. You have to see it in person to believe it.

Location location, location. We chose to book the Rigoletto room and must say that we couldn’t have made a better choice. The room size and visibility offered the horizons on nearly every side. Next comes the staff. The warm and welcoming greeting we received from Stacy and the crew that brought us breakfast every morning, and helped us in every way, was an absolute 10 out of 10! The property is located in a wonderful location with easy access to the main streets and alleyways. It was so well located that the idea of having to go to Oia to see the sunsets that everyone talks about, we could just as well experience the sunsets from our balcony. We must emphasize that Stacy was a huge contributor to our great experience. Her charm and sense of humor and great advice were just amazing!

Fantastic! Views are incredible, service is outstanding, the breakfast is AMAZING. Stacey and the entire team provide exceptional service. Stacey had fantastic restaurant recommendations and made a reservation for us so we got a prime sunset spot for dinner. Everyone who works there is great. Waking up to the caldera view and having breakfast served on your own private patio was wonderful, and the breakfast is so scrumptious. It was the best breakfast on our entire trip and is so filling you could skip lunch if you wanted to. The pool is gorgeous. Very convenient location close to the center of Fira but quiet because it's on the edge of town. 10/10 recommend.

An amazing hotel. Stacy and the staff took amazing care of the six of us. It was a last minute decision to switch hotels to Aria, and it was the best decision. Service was exceptional, they accommodated any requests we had, and helped us with scheduling anything. The views were breathtaking from the suite and the pool. The daily breakfast was also better than any of the restaurant breakfasts we had, served right to your suite's patio. The suite was spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The hotel is also a short walk from everything, but on a quiet street.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
