Stay 3 days 2 nights at this lovely place, if i could give 6 stars in review I would love to do it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.. they are so excited to welcome you and provide all you need.. The room is clean and tidy Bathroom is huge, you can go for 3 persons inside if you want 😁 They have laundry service for your daily clothes is an extra point Kitchen set are complete, they have everything you need, just bring your favorite ingredients 🥕🥦🍅 Mini balcony is good to take a fresh air in the morning. It was a pleasant stay 🥰

Pictures don’t do this place justice. A wonderful gem in Sampit. One of the few neighborhoods in Jakarta with great food, amenities and public transport within *walking* distance. Security is available 24/7, cleaning service fabulous. The apartment has just what it needs to be very comfortable. We usually stay at my wife’s family home in South Jakarta, but after a few days here I’m considering making it our go-to place when coming over. Congrats, team Ariama!

Ariama offers great facilities and comfortable room. But, there was an unpleasant burning smell in the bedroom which appear only in afternoon. I think it was smell from heated plastic window curtain.

Clean, tidy, spacious, great location. It's easy to check-in and the staffs are very helpful. The only cons is you can hear traffic noises all day especially if the room is in the ground floor (mine was). However it's nothing compared to the service. Will come back for sure😊

Perfectly located in the South Jakarta plus the place is very quite. Only about 5 minutes walk to MRT Blok M, i commute with MRT to my office everyday in Sudirman area. Very convenient. The staffs are helpful and the facility is simply great for me (they provide daily cleaning and laundry service)... would love to stay again next year

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
