I recently stayed at the hotel and found the hotel to be just average with overcrowded untrained staff at reception. They have no English knowledge and also they don’t take any interest in the work plus they keep forgetting the things like the money u deposit or the reservation details so my advice plz take everything in writing. Also the breakfast is pathetic no choice at all Don’t fit in any category of English or Asian breakfast.

This is the most pathetic property I have been to ever , trapping people by claiming to be a 5 star hotel and offer not even 3 star services. Breakfast buffet is nothing short of disaster with very limited choices. Boiled eggs, grilled tomatoes and sausages were kept cold. Had to remind staff for everything 2-3 times and they were not motivated to do their jobs. No coffee, milk or even water was available. Kids had to wait 15-20 mins for water. Rooms balcony were not clean and had dust all over the place. We were 4 and booked a family room, they gave 2 small bottles of water complimentary and forced us to order water from restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I do not think that the services provided to me and the rooms are worthy of this hotel being 5 stars!⚠️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
