I have the worst experience ever staying at a hotel. They gave us a room full of cockroaches! I asked for another room and they gave me a room right above the previous and they were many cockroaches still. Finally they asked us to wait and gave us a room with assurances there were no cockroaches anymore, but it still didn’t make me feel better sleeping at night. The bellboy said that they just did fogging earlier that day that’s why the cockroaches “came out”. If that’s the case, then they should’ve had closed the entire floor until it’s clean, no one is able to sleep knowing that a cockroach can crawl into the room anytime. Bad service. They only gave us ice tea as compensation. This is the last time I’ll ever stay here. Worst experience ever.

The breakfast buffet has a wide range of terrible food. The keycards, lifts and room doors are constantly faulty. They advertise airport transfers but when asked the service is not available, even though I've seen there airport transfer vehicle, maybe I'm not important enough. Some of the staff are lovely, others rude. Also I was told to checkout at 12 when my booking clearly states 1pm which I showed them so they changed their mind and said 1pm, also the club upstairs is so loud you can't sleep on a Saturday night. All in all I liked the place, this was my second stay, but all the stuff I have mentioned has left a bitter taste in my mouth, I won't be back.

It's nice 4* hotel I think, clean and neat. Location is strategic, menu need to see from manajemen, not saying it's not good, but should be more wise that hot food must be served hot. Thank you

I decided to try this hotel (from Sept, 1st - 2nd) because of its location. It's in Kemang area, there is McDonald's nearby, coffeshop in front of the hotel and wellknown clubs in walking distance (less than 5 minutes walk), nice spa accross the hotel and food market also nearby. Arrived on Friday afternoon and found out they have a celebration for the new owner of the hotel, and parking space is an issue that day. They have a hotel security that help to park the car, so I leave the key to them and later they bring the key to my room, nice serveice. Room price is ok and space is adequate for solo travel, I took a double bed room. Bath room is clean , if they can put some fragnance it will be better. The shower water flow need to be improved. Aircon is good. Found out that they have a club on the basement, named FOS. My room is on the 3rd floor and I still can heard (not loud but still can heard) and feel the bass sound from the club (btw, the club close at 4pm). Its took a while for me to go to sleep. I'm not taking the breakfast package so can't give any review on it. :D With the hotel location and good price, will a little bit improvement on the room it should be a prefered hotel for people what to roaming around Kemang area. Parking space on the basement its quite small, if the hotel full with guess I think it will be easily full and car need to park on the ground level surrounding the hotel builing (still on the hotel premises). Thinking to comeback later on.

The staff and I mean All the staff are super friendly, The only issue we had was when functions are on they take over the ground floor so nowhere to sit for hotel guests in lobby

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
