OK. I've put quite a lot of thought in to this review... Previous reviewers have commented on this hotel's location being great, which I totally agree with. It is a 1 min walk from Rome Termini Station, which is both a mainline station and metro. Some reviewers also spoke about this area being unsafe and full of unsavoury people. There is a higher level of immigrants here, which for me was no issue at all. Safety is no issue either. Perfectly safe - me and the wife left the hotel several times in the evening and walking to restaurants was fine. This hotel really excels in its friendly staff. Which I highly commend. All operation's were well executed. Breakfast was good and anything unavailable in the buffet, was provided by staff (like fried eggs). I would certainly recommend and be happy to stay here again.

Location near to termini station Rooms are spacious and clean though the furniture and the bathroom fittings look old and rusty. Place around hotel is safe though can't say the same 2 streets across. The staff are professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, kitchen staff were professional, though vegetarian/vegan options are limited though.

The first room they gave us had some issues but they upgraded us. It was bigger and nicer but the hotel is kinda old, outdated and has a lot of issues . Such as shower not working properly and water running issues, rough looking furniture. However the charm, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made our stay a little better. Just not sure how they are a four star hotel

We were booked this hotel through a Costco travel package. I likely wouldn't stay at this hotel again. Pros! GREAT location, clean, AC in the room, comfy bed (though some might find it on the more firm side), shower, bidet, most standard essentials you expect in a hotel (except conditioner and wash cloths), a fitness room, help up to your room with your baggage and the sweetest staff. Before I list the cons, none of them ruined our stay nor detracted from the experience we had in Rome which is why I only took one star away. The cons, some can be easily fixed and some are just how they are. The room is too big for the AC; ours ran constantly at the lowest setting and it never cooled the room completely, with the shades drawn the whole time. The shower door needed a simple screw driver to get it to roll smoothly on the track, the shower heads also need to be cleaned as they spray any which way. If I were any shorter (5'5"), the bathroom mirror would have been literally unusable. There was no place to put the soap bar after using it. The toilet paper holder touched my leg when I was sitting which made it unusable, and I'm a small person. There was no place to hang our towels so they would completely dry between uses; we ended up hanging them from the bathroom window curtain during the day. When our room was freshened up our pillow cases were still wet and the top sheet was as well. Instant coffee was provided in the room. No wash cloths or conditioner provided. The TV had no English channels that we found, which was the least of the issues considering we spent very little time in the room and at this point, bring our own electronics. A lot of these are minor details! We still enjoyed our time in Rome and appreciate Ariston for the clean and cool room to rest our eyes between days of endless sight seeing

Our room was located on the 6th floor, and it was decent, but when I walked down to the other floors, I noticed the carpet and walls were dirty and old. We were lucky ours was nice. The breakfast really needs to be improved. Their food options are not very appealing. Also, the location of this hotel is not the most safe and definitely not clean. It's walking distance from the train station and metro.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
