        This hotel is amazing in reference to money location, if you want to spend the day travelling. The location is great and you can walk to the famous places in Baku there is a small area to buy water or other drinks The bedding and sofas is a bit dirty and torn but it is fine if you want to sleep only. The service was excellent and the reception guy Murad easily changed the room for us and if you advise them to clean the room and replace the towels they will. Outside of the hotel there are restaurants to go that sells the national food and there is a nice lady that has a small shop for breakfasts left side of the hotel in a 1 story home So overall it was good.

        Extremely Disappointing Hotel Experience - Beware of Inaccurate Booking Reviews Rating: ⭐️ I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. **Check-In Debacle:** Despite confirming in advance, there was no room available upon my arrival. After being told to return at 12:00, the room was still unavailable even by 14:00. 2. **Failed Airport Transfer:** The promised free airport transfer service was a complete letdown. The driver confirmed but never showed up. No apology or refund was offered for the inconvenience. 3. **Room Nightmares:** The room was terrible - no clean towels, and a pervasive smell of smoke and dirt.         Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Dirty rooms , poor service and uncomfortable beds. We shouldn't call it a bed though, it was cardboard. The rooms very super smelly and no one even bothered to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and no one came to clean it even once. Don't go on their positive reviews. While we were checking out they took my phone to check the booking and gave 5 stars to themselves. Extremely disappointed

        This hotel is amazing in reference to money location, if you want to spend the day travelling.         Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Dirty rooms , poor service and uncomfortable beds. We shouldn't call it a bed though, it was cardboard. The rooms very super smelly and no one even bothered to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and no one came to clean it even once. Don't go on their positive reviews.         Unfortunately not a great stay. First of all, I wasn't even provided a blanket, I had to ask specifically for one (what hotel doesn't have blankets?) Second, I paid with a 50, and it took them more than 24 hours to give me my cash change - I needed my change as that was the money I was using in the country. Third, the wifi in the room didn't work. I work remote - I need wifi. I will say they did give me a free upgrade so that I could have wifi, but the new room smelled like smoke and had hair all over the linens (and again, no blanket)

        Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I left 5 hours after arriving and the guy was just blasé, didn’t offer any apology or refund. Here’s the story, (I’ll try to keep it short): It started off decent - I had been traveling for 30+ hours, and arrived at like 10am and asked for an early check in and then the guy charged me an extra fee of one day (he said it was half of a day, but he lied). He brings me to my room but they don’t have a key so says he’ll be right back. I waited 20 minutes and then go back to reception and he’s just talking and laughing with a coworker. He gets a key and the other brings me up to my room. When he tries it, it doesn’t work and says he’ll be back. I wait 10 minutes then have to go back downstairs and he seems like he forgot about the whole situation. Eventually they gave me another room which was awful and the room didn’t even have any blankets (only sheets), and no towels for the shower. Then I decide to sleep for a bit since I’d been traveling so long and at noon I was woken up to someone aggressively knocking at the door. He didn’t speak English and just told me I need to go to reception. When I went to the reception he told me that it’s time for me to check out and then said, “oh, sorry my mistake” — complete disorganization! There were other awful things that happened just in the couple hours I was there (not to mention the overwhelming smoke smell), but that’s the major gist DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE F1 EVENT

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
