Extremely Disappointing Hotel Experience - Beware of Inaccurate Booking Reviews Rating: ⭐️ I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had. Here's a breakdown of the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. **Check-In Debacle:** Despite confirming in advance, there was no room available upon my arrival. After being told to return at 12:00, the room was still unavailable even by 14:00. 2. **Failed Airport Transfer:** The promised free airport transfer service was a complete letdown. The driver confirmed but never showed up. No apology or refund was offered for the inconvenience. 3. **Room Nightmares:** The room was terrible - no clean towels, and a pervasive smell of smoke and dirt. A midday nap was interrupted by aggressive knocking, showcasing a lack of organization. 4. **Privacy Invasion:** Five different people took photos of my ID and booking without consent, and the invasion of privacy was further exemplified by uninvited entries into the room. 5. **Unhygienic Conditions:** Smoke-filled rooms with a visibly dirty bathroom and mattress - cleanliness was nowhere to be found. 6. **Noise Disturbances:** Late-night disturbances were a constant, displaying a blatant disregard for the peace and comfort of guests. 7. **Smoking Policy Violation:** The hotel's café on the first floor allowed indoor hookah use, a clear violation of indoor smoking policies. Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Dirty rooms , poor service and uncomfortable beds. We shouldn't call it a bed though, it was cardboard. The rooms very super smelly and no one even bothered to clean it. We stayed 6 nights and no one came to clean it even once. Don't go on their positive reviews. While we were checking out they took my phone to check the booking and gave 5 stars to themselves. Extremely disappointed
