Stayed one night before heading to the airport the next day. It was good to see old friends and the wait staff we used to know here. The gambling allowed no play time, just like there other properties in Laughlin. This hotel needs other amenities other than a decent band at night.

After living in Las Vegas since 2014, and seeing those Arizona Charlies commercials constantly on tv, my wife and I finally decided to stop in on 10 Nov 2023 to see what this property was all about. First off, I can't say I'm a fan of the area. I mean, it's not like I feel my life is in immediate danger or anything...it's just that I can't say I would feel comfortable walking outside the property at night with my family. The property itself wasn't big at all - I think I had high expectations of this place because of its advertisements (looks like their media team did a sufficient job on this guy). Due to the lack of size and the amount of people smoking, it was difficult to breathe in here because the property itself doesn't seem to ventilate as good as other casino properties in this city. Also, everything in here looks a bit dated, and I'm not certain if there's any intent to modernize this property anytime soon. I've heard from other people that lived in this city way longer than I have, that this casino used to be a locals hot spot, and that locals from all over the city (no matter what part of the valley they reside), would make the trip to play here. I don't know what changed, but this place definitely didn't "tickle my fancy." The employees here "seemed" to be nice and helpful (just by observation); however, I cannot validate this statement either since I never interacted with any of them. My wife and I played here for a little bit but ended up leaving faster than anticipated because I just didn't feel comfortable here. I'm sure this property is great for several locals (it's apparent since this place is still open for business), but I just cannot justify myself to drive all the way here to play when there's closer (and nicer) properties near my house in the far Northwest part of the city. Honestly, I can't say I will be back at this property and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at this time. If you're a local or even a visitor and you enjoy coming to this property, then thumbs up to you all. Even businesses like this deserve to stay open to provide service and entertainment for people. I, myself, will choose other establishments to satisfy my entertainment needs.

The room was terrible. The Air conditioner was extremely loud and I couldn't shut it off. The Coffee maker had black stuff even after trying to clean it. I would not recommend it to anyone

Housekeeping was a nightmare. We stayed 7 nights, and housekeeping came in 2x, and that was because we complained. Had to go to the front desk to get the essentials when they didn't come bring us towels, coffee, cups etc. You know, the stuff that you get charged resort fees for? . The room phone stopped working mysteriously. Registration ladies are very nice. Internet is extremely slow. Easy parking and easy access without going thru the casino. Didn't eat here, so I have no opinion on that. I'd stay here again for convenience if I knew that housekeeping was on top of their game. Housekeeping can make or break an experience. Hotels should know that.

The smoking in this casino is on the scale of a forest fire. You walk to the reservation desk wait then go to your room you smell like you've been camping all weekend next to a campfire. I can't even go down stairs to gamble. I came prepared with lots of gambling money but I can't even get through to the sports book without my eyes burning from the cigarette smoke. Now on to the room. Holy Cow hello 1989. Don't plan on charging your phone with any kind of in room charging electronics. Good luck looking for a plug to charge your phone or other devices next to your bed night stands hint there hidden under the bed. So if this is even read by the owners which I doubt because after reading others they don't respond so that tells you everything you need to know. Do you and your family and friends a favor go somewhere else if you're not a fan of masses amount of cancer causing second hand smoke.... It's obvious the owner doesn't care but I do so I warned you. And if you're a smoker reading this have some courtesy and limit your lightning up. Don't be a selfish AH remember we all need to breathe

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
