        Lovely and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the hotel. The bathroom was a little on the small side and the hotel could use some updating but it gave it lots of character. I would definitely stay again.

        WORST EXPERIENCE!! The room was very dirty. You could smell the dust and the curtains were dirty. Instead of a double bed it was two mattresses. The bathroom didn't had anything to hold the toilet paper. The shower was all broken and so small you could barely take a shower by yourself. The ventilation for the toilets were connected too the light and made so much noise it was impossible to switch on the light during the night without waking up the other person. On the pictures the rooms looked big and nice and on the moment everything seemed rotten. It's written it should be a 3 stars hotel but at this point they should make an effort to clean a bit more, especially for this price.

        I was there June of 2023. First the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Second it’s in a convenient location. While the facility is clean the amenities are very dated and in need of renovation. The carpet is faded, certain room amenities were worn out too. Electrical plug in locations were few. Be prepared for small bathrooms, very small. It’s a matter of the age of the facility and amount of space to make the rooms but again they are small. The AC while keeping the room cool had no controls and wouldn’t allow for temperature fan speed changes or settings. If it had an upgrade I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Without them I’ll wait. Food was above average and again, I can’t say enough good things about the staff there.

        Lovely and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the hotel. The bathroom was a little on the small side and the hotel could use some updating but it gave it lots of character. I would definitely stay again.

        We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helped us. For starters, one of the staff recommended great restaurants- namely one right down the street that was delicious: Acquacotta Tratoria. One morning we were 10 minutes late to get to breakfast and the woman behind the counter was so kind that she put together a tray of food for us that was so delicious! On the day we had to leave to take the train to Venice, our taxi did not show up. We panicked, not sure we'd have enough time to make it on foot to the train station. Never fear, the man behind the counter borrowed the owners car and drove us himself and we got there just in time. Even on our very last day he took care of this trouble we had with ease! The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. We would stay here again. Best customer service ever! 5 stars*****

        The room is average size for Europe. It is nice. The bathroom is nice. The shower is super small. The smallest shower I have been on. The carpet is very dirty and they use a bedspread that has probably never been washed. The safe is broken so they put another portable (I carried it down to the desk to ask how the was safe). Stupid. The ac is ok. The workers are good but they act like I should not be complaining. The shower does not drain. I am disappointed and will not stay here again. The advertise having a bar and restaurant. They do not have restaurant but do serve a great breakfast. They have full bar but it is not always open. I have been on a month long trip and this is the only bad review I have given. The only thing the management will say if they see this is sorry. How about you fix the issues.
