The location of this hotel is great, but otherwise I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are incredibly small, the walls are very very thin, it was loud when people take showers. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. When I arrived, I was given a ground floor room without a window, despite explicitly paying for a room which should’ve come with a window..

Pros: The hotel is in center to most of the places. There is a bus stop near by and lot of places to eat. The rooms were clean and cozy. The room offers dental kit, razor, shower gel, shampoo and towels. Water is also available as complementary The lobby has an espresso machine and some snacks to eat The staffs were exceptionally friendly and amazingly helping folks You can book your airport cab from the lobby for NT$1200 Cons: This place could be very small or congested for some people Families with large luggage’s might have problems with luggage storage Sometimes there was some constant water flow sound that disturbs the night sleep Also sometimes, when you turn on the AC there was some bad odor, but goes away after few mins The Wi-Fi was very very slow

I recently stayed at this budget hotel and found it to be satisfactory overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements, such as freshening up the decor and providing more amenities. Overall, I would give the hotel a rating of four stars.

I’m not sure why the description says there is complementary breakfast. There isn’t breakfast in the hotel so it wasn’t an option. There’s only tea service in the room. No coffee packets

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
