I had a great experience with this hotel prior to me even arriving into Miami. My flight was going to land pretty early into MIA, around 8:30 am, so the night before I called the hotel to ask if I could store my luggage there until I’d be able to check in. The lady responded with “Absolutely!” And there wasn’t a fee associated with that either (best part) I landed closer to 9:30 am and made it to the hotel at 10:30am to drop off my luggage. The gentleman at the desk actually said my room was ready and that I was able to check in if I would like to. Wow, I was amazed! I’ve never been able to check into a hotel that early, and I also didn’t have to pay for any early check in fee either! Incredible! He got me checked in while we had a nice conversation during the process. The lobby was elegant, elevators are super quick and the room is cute and CLEAN! I Love the large pillows and comfortable bed. The one down side is the nose. I can hear the neighbors on both sides of my room quite well as well as noises in the hallway. The hotel must be aware of this as they provide two sets of ear plugs on the night stands. That so far is the only downside. But great experience so far otherwise!

The Arlo is situated in one of the coolest Neighborhoods in Miami. The hotel is well designed with good amenities including a lovely rooftop pool. The Arlo likes to offer events but they are not well set up to manage the interaction between guest experience and event clients. This weekend was Art Basel and the hotel created a $20 entry fee event on the rooftop bar from 4pm onwards. This meant hotel guests were unable to use the pool after a long day at fairs. The priority was the $20 event guests versus $300 residents! The evening only got worse from there, they had very little security and no number limitations on event guests. We came back from dinner and could not get back to our room. Luckily my husband was super insistent and finally the front desk took us up through the service elevator to reach our room. Two elevators down out of 4 and more than 500 external event guests stuck on the roof and another 100 in the lobby. It was lucky there were no disasters. Extremely Poor management. The Arlo claimed they let their resident guest know in advance of events but we certainly didn’t get any emails and regardless of notification, managing safety and the resident experience has to be a top priority. We won’t be staying again.

We had a very nice 5-night stay at the Arlo Wynwood. The location is great - walking to all the Wynwood spots, close to beach and downtown, and convenient to all other Miami destinations. Yes the "urban fee" and parking charges are high but nothing unusual for Miami or unexpected. The hotel outdoor areas are very nice (3rd floor large area and rooftop pool/bar area), the rooms are comfortable, and the hotel overall is new/modern with fast elevators and good infrastructure. Oscar one of the managers was extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely stay at the Arlo Wynwood again.

We love the Arlo! The rooms are clean and neat, and the bed is super comfy. They are right in our fave area of Wynwood and just a short Uber ride to the beach. You can walk to all sorts of food and music venues as well. The different bar areas are fantastic and the view from our room was lovely!

Are you guys the ones across from Strata Apartments that has a DJ on the open air rooftop that keeps me up every night until 3AM? Good luck continuing that once the other apartments in the area open up. I literally feel vibrations on the bed every night from a rooftop DJ across from Strata.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
