Customer service was a great and employees were very pleasant to speak with, however the room we were at was a bit small, but the view was good though 😍🤩. Except the experience at the bathroom was not great. When you take a shower the water spills out all over the bathroom floor. Also, while opening the sink, I could not open the drain plug as the water was stuck and their was a spit on it (suggestion: let the room attendant ensure that all is completely fine before they leave the room).

During our visit in Feb. this year; Everything was Fabulous, from Rooms to The Dining Experiences. What amazed us and we all enjoyed a lot was the swimming pool absolutely kept and maintained clean by the hardworking staff there. Overall it was a memorable & great Trip there. Hi-Five, keep it Great.

As per my rating I would like to mention few things. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it really needs a makeover. Outdated rooms but very spacious which was good ( premium room ). Location is good. 10 mins away from the metro by walk. Kids play area and few cafes near the hotel. 1 min away mini super market. Staff: All staff were amazing, all polite, friendly and always ready to help!! Thank you all so much! We were not suppose to get a room before 2pm, but the staff managed to get a room for us asap :) Really appreciated this as we were shuttered from the long flight! They definitely go that extra step! In general not bad but if you are aiming for a luxury break this is not the hotel. If not for the staff, I would have given much lover rating!

One advise: don't visit this hotell. Nothing positive about this so called 4-star hotell. It will destroy your stay in Dubail. Not worthy of a fantastic city like Dubai. -I booked their biggest room wich they say is 54 sqm. But It was only 39 sqm in total where 11 sqm was entrance hall. -They provided 1 or 2 towels for a family of 4. The same was for shampoo, water etc. - You can't sleep in the rooms due to noise from the roads surrounding the hotel. The windows/doors are note sealed enough. - Filthy rooms and carpets. It looks like a hotel from 70s/80s. You should just see the iron and the iron desk! Destroyed several shirts. - Very unpleasant people working in the reception. Many of them tried to rip me off. - and a lot moore!!!

Best place n enjoy a lot. Room services are very good. Hotel reception is also to good for guests. I also mentioned Asha named a lady whose behavior and honesty are too good for guests. The hotel room I booked was deluxe but she upgraded to a premium with a balcony thanks for making our day we will definitely be back here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
