We had the room called Cliff Nest located at the top of the cliff with spectacular view. The room itself is very well equipped with everything what you may need during the stay (very comfortable bed, bathrobes, minibar, coffee machine, etc.) and outside (on the roof of rooms below) you will find two sunbeds and the jacuzzi with warm water). Long story short - I would like to thank the entire hotel crew for their hospitality and assistance, and ensure that it was my first but not last visit in this hotel.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Amazing ocean view, great staff(Alexia is the best), and cute interior. The pools are small but well-maintained and the breakfast by the pool is a delight. Our family of four stayed in the Caldera suite for 3 nights and the room was spacious enough for all of us. My personal favorite was the ocean view from the second floor bed. Note that you have to climb up steep stairs for 5 minutes to get to the main streets and the terrace lacks general privacy, but seems like this is the case for most cliff hotels in Santorini.

Best Hotel in Oia, Santorini!!! Armenaki Santorini is located along the cliff side making the best location for your room. There is sun all day for you to enjoy both magnificent views of the sea and the blue domes with houses. Alexia and her staff are amazingly professional and were perfect for me to celebrate my birthday. Our room was very spacious with a sauna, comfortable, private and beautiful. The breakfast was served every morning on our terrace and was delicious. Seriously the perfect stay while in Santorini. The infinity pool is just breathtaking.

Armenaki was absolutely amazing. We were lucky and got to book the Cave Suite with the hammam. The pool is so cool because it has an indoor/outdoor vibe and has the traditional Cycladic cave look. The water was also a great temperature, definitely heated slightly but not a hot tub. The outside patio was huge for two people, and we very much enjoyed eating our delicious breakfast while gazing at the view of the Caldera. Speaking of food, the included breakfast was excellent and room service was also tasty. The room is huge and beautifully designed, with a large double shower plus an additional ensuite hammam (basically like a steam room). The bed was the best we slept on out of our whole 2.5 week trip in Greece. The mattress was great and there was a comfy duvet (which was kind of hard to find in Greece). The location is also amazing. You do have to walk down some crazy steep stairs to get to it, so wouldn't recommend for anyone who isn't comfortable with steep stairs, but it's so worth it for the privacy and stunning views. You'll see the famous blue domes as you walk down to your room, and you can get great photos of them without waiting in line with the crowds. Highly recommend splurging on this place. You will not regret it! Oia gets very crowded (we were there beginning of October and it was still quite crowded) and it's so worth it to splurge on a nice place with your own private view of the Caldera. Thank you to all of their amazing staff for such a lovely experience!

I can’t recommend Armenaki enough. I booked this hotel because of a mistake I made on another booking and this happened to be the closest hotel to our other one. Honestly, we were sad we couldn’t have stayed here the whole time! And frankly it was cheaper than our other hotel! The service start to finish was incredible. The view of course was lovely. The rooms were perfect and clean and the breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
