Absolutely loved this hotel. It was a dream. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The pools are quiet, and very relaxing. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful. The customized breakfasts delivered daily to our balcony were lovely. The location is top notch. The gentleman assisted with our suitcases both to the hotel, and leaving, and was a lifesaver with the many steps. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

The location is great. We stayed here for a couple of nights in a suite right next to the pool. The views from our rooms are amazing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We had a great time here. Would highly recommend this place.

Very good location, neat and clean. View from the hotel was amazing. Breakfast is served to the room, lots of options. Reception girl was very polite and helpful. 5min to the bus terminal. Very good hotel to stay in Oia

We were in the Room 15 We couldn’t have had a better view of the caldera We enjoyed everything in this room. The architecture, the view,the jacuzzi… The staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. We’ve spent 5 days in santorini, Catharina and Ardit helped us to plan our trip and book the activities!! Thank you so much Chatarina and Ardit Room service everyday. Good hygiene They change all the towels everyday Breakfast in the morning on the balcony Everything was such perfect!

We couldn’t fault anything! The balcony view, the helpful staff, how close the hustle and bustle of the city is but still the peacefulness and coziness of the hotel itself. Love it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
