Very nice room! We stayed for two weeks and the location is good, 5 min walk from a train station and 7 min to good restaurants. Because of medical issues i needed a comfortable bed to sleep in and this was it. The room was clean and they will clean it for you everyday if you want to. The staff was very nice too, they sometimes even offered us free drinks and snacks. We definitely had a good time here!

He became a savior for Bijiho refugees. (It's just a shame that there were some hairs from someone on the towel on the foot wiping mat...well, I guess it can't be helped.) If you don't mind the following, you can make online reservations and single-person use is OK, so I think you can use it when you can't get a business hotel or it's expensive. ・Almost all the surrounding areas are leisure hotels or sex industry buildings. ・There are some sexual goods in the room. ・Late check-in time There was free water and it was quite comfortable. I might use it again if I become a business refugee.

The female staff in their 20s to 30s, who appear to be the same employees mentioned in the other reviews, were extremely responsive. He is in a bad mood and approaches me with an attitude that looks like he's about to click his tongue, which makes me very uncomfortable. It's a shame because all the staff, regardless of gender, have treated me with courtesy before. Just thinking about that staff member makes me stay away. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a calm atmosphere, but...

The location was good as it wasn't far from the station. I don't know if it was renovated, but the room was clean and there was no noticeable mold in the poorly ventilated bathroom. Negative points: ・There are few power outlets. Most of the power is taken up by the lighting, and you may have trouble charging your cell phone. I ended up borrowing power from the sink for the kettle.・The comforter was a blanket.The air conditioner was on so it was cold. I was told to adjust the air conditioner, but I wish I had at least a thin futon. - I don't know how to read VOD. The screen changed with the VOD button, but no matter how many times I pressed the arrows or anything after that, it didn't respond...I couldn't see it because I didn't know how to use it. . I want the manual. Additional points - Breakfast service is simple, but comes with bread and juice. Of course, the welcome drinks such as instant coffee are different. ・Even the suite stay was cheap at around 15,000 yen. There is also a family plan, and I think this price is enough for a family, except for the location (love hotel district).

It was a very nice hotel 2020/7/7 The female receptionist at checkout was the worst and my fun mood turned cold in an instant. Throw the change onto the tray and hand it over. When returning the borrowed charging cord Maybe it was my fault that I didn't put it all together. "thank you very much" against “It’s impossible.” He spits and glares at me. I felt very sad. I will never go there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
