        Older hotel on a quiet side-street: a few minutes from Kings Cross Station. Really friendly, helpful staff. Lobby was being painted when I arrived, but it didn't affect my check in at all. Room was very comfortable; lots of wall sockets all over so I was able to charge my gadgets easily, The hairdryer was very useful, but the big bonus for me was the fan! I tend to run hot, and it was a very warm day; when there's no air conditioning, a good fan is so appreciated :) Shower was larger than some places I've stayed; a real bonus since I'm a big woman. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

        *THERE WAS A MOUSE IN MY ROOM* - HOTEL HAS NOT REFUNDED ME YET You read that right. Arriva Hotel was the absolute worst experience I've had in my many years of traveling. Literally a full fledged mouse roaming around in my unit. The hotel staff knows that there's a rodent issue in the hotel. When I brought it up with the main desk at the ground level, their response was to catch it with a mouse catcher that they have in their back room. On top of that, the hotel is very old. Every room has a mechanical key (not a key card like any other modern hotel). There is also a horrid stench that makes the entire place smell really bad. The elevator is extremely small and has a sign saying not to move too much or it might get stuck. The upkeep of this place is not passable as a hotel. I was not satisfied and was promised a full refund *which I have not yet received and it has been 3 weeks*. I ended up staying at a much nicer hotel that wasn't too expensive nearby, called King's Cross Inn. I will be aggressively pursuing the refund through my credit card company, and the business bureau in London.

        This is a simple, basic place; don't expect anything else. But if you're after a place to sleep and have a shower in the morning, nothing else, then this is all you need (and cheaper than most other hotels in London). On the positive side is mainly the location, minutes from King's Cross and St. Pancras with good connections by subway and bus so a London-tourist will easily get anywhere in town. There are several pubs, cafés and cheap food places (think fried chicken or Asian) nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you wanna name some downsides then the rooms are very basic and furnishings dated. Also, the walls are thin so you might hear noisy neighbors. All in all, this place is all I need and I'd recommend it.

        It’s nearly impossible to find “nice” places to stay in London for a low price, so you get what you pay for. That being said, I’ve stayed in many super cheap places in my life, and this one still managed to surprise me with how… not “nice” it was. The room was barely large enough to accommodate the bed, which I believe was a twin. There was a tea kettle, but there was no good way to fill it, because the sink was so small, a cup could barely fit under the faucet, let alone a tea kettle. The shower was also so tiny, I could barely turn around, and I couldn’t wash my hair without banging my elbows on the walls or the door. The door to the bathroom was a sliding wooden door that often got stuck on its tracks, making it difficult to open and close. There was a hair dryer that was hard-wired into the wall in the room. (Not in the bathroom.) The plate for an outlet was basically dangling off the wall, and there were wires to power the hair dryer precariously hanging from the hole behind the outlet. Sometimes the hair dryer worked, and other times it simply did not. No explanation. Like most places in the UK, there was no air conditioning, so we had to keep the window open, but the traffic noise, constant sirens, etc. we’re so loud (even on the third floor) that it woke us up numerous times throughout the night. We booked this place because we were only in London for two nights, and most of our time was spent outside the hotel.

        The location of this hotel is excellent. It's extremely close to Pancras station. However the rooms could do with some proper cleaning. Everything was a bit shabby. The bathroom had mold and the flush on the toilet was not working properly. It would have been a nice stay if everything had been properly cleaned.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
