Owner very helping and reliable... very roomy bathroom with bathtube... very clean flat... metro and local market are close... beware: 4th floor without elevator can be challenging

My first experience with Arbn and terrible. I do not know where to start. 1) as seen in the filming, there is no place to heat the food and wash the dishes (you have to wash in the bathroom...) 2) you have to climb 4 flights of stairs (no comments) 3) the bathroom curtain is with the support down which causes 2 things: you step on it while you bathe and it wets the toilet because it doesn't close properly) 4) in the publication it says that there is a table which is a garden/balcony table that does not offer any comfort. It also says there is a balcony but it is almost a French balcony. 5) It says it is for 3 people. And it's a luxury, either I no longer understand the language or it's not like that. My humble opinion DO NOT go.

We stayed there and it was very good, Afonso welcomed us well. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but on the plus side it is very quiet as it is the last. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived, clean bed linen, and there was even complimentary wine, we thought the location was very good. I just have to thank you!

The house in general is good. Very nice decoration. To get to Alfama a half hour walk. The air conditioning makes a loud noise and a light was half out so it was flickering. We notified the owner of these problems and he did not even respond.

It is a fourth floor without an elevator so it can be a problem for guests. It is well located. Quiet neighborhood. Nearby parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
