Exceptional stay at this hotel! Impeccable service, spacious and well-appointed rooms with breathtaking views. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Delicious dining options on-site. This venue is one of the best. I would recommend ten times over to any one who wants to experience actual luxury service. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, nothing is too much effort. Every single staff member was amazing. Thank you so much for a memorable stay for our wedding weekend it truely was perfection

Very disappointed. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with balcony. The carpet was stained, there were holes in the blankets, we couldn’t see the tv from the lounge, the balcony was a cement wall and was completely bare and there definitely was no harbour view. Everything was outdated and the whole place desperately needs a freshen up. Nothing about our stay here was comfortable. I would not recommend staying at this motel to anyone.

I am in the guest room now. When I booked the hotel, the hotel information stated that free wifi is provided, but when I checked in and called to ask for the password, the service staff was very rude and refused to tell me the password. I emphasized that I had work to do. he said that the front desk was not working 24 hours a day so he would not provide the password and hung up the phone! I don’t understand why. You are just liars. Are you being racist?

I visited in this hotel last month. I am glad to say that the staff was very friendly in nature. The room furniture is well maintained and polished. If you are planning to visit there go for sure in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
