I was there just last week the location is great your just min away from public transport near to touristic areas and my room was great they always had someone at reception to help you and everyone was so kind and polite would recommend.

Hotel location isn't bad, This is my second time to stay in this hotel In first time (2023) room was clean but breakfast was terrible But this year (2024) room , especially bathroom and restroom was dirty, They don't clean and change sheets and water every day, even if you wanna stay for more than 3-4 days! But the price was good around 18$ per night Btw this hotel isn't a 3 start hotel in my opinion, i think it's not more tha 2-1 star hotel

Booked here in April 2014 to stay for a week, but when I arrived, they couldn’t find the reservation!! They were also fully booked! However, they gave us another room in a next door hotel and allowed us to have their breakfast since the original reservation was with them! The continental breakfast was amazing!! Never had a better breakfast any where else!

This hotel has bad and rude servants Wi-Fi is extremely bad and weak The rooms are cramped and dark Breakfast is served very late and is not self-service

The location was good, near McDonald's. Neglecting minor issues, it was a clean hotel. However, the man who served breakfast was not polite at all, and his behavior was annoying to us. Breakfast was very, very ordinary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
