        Our first time in Florence, and we stayed here for three nights. We absolutely loved it and would recommend, the rooms had an authentic vintage Italian feel and were very clean. Our bed was so comfortable. The staff was helpful and very kind. It is in a central area of Florence, in walking distance to everything.

        We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back to Florence and HotelArt Atelier. The staff is great, the room was well laid out and large and the location is wonderful. We thought the breakfast was fine, something for everyone. We brought cannoli back one evening and they made us coffee to have with our dessert. Wonderful!

        I loved this hotel if your in the area you should stop. We did have an upgraded room we did not know at first so me not being sure about the standard rooms I will talk about the rooms we were in. The rooms had detailed art around the tops of the walls maybe hand painted. The room also had very nice provided toiletries. They had kind staff and helped give us good ideas of places to check out. Our rooms AC unit did not work so we opened our windows over night. My room was by the road so the road noise was very loud. The next night I slept warm and the windows were sound proof. I also liked the deck it had no view and I did not go down to it much than to see what it was but it was a very nice place. Don’t get the deck confused with the smoking balcony that has no chairs on it, we don’t smoke just saying so you don’t get them mixed up. We had a nice stay and the staff were helpful up tell when we left. The hotel is very nice I would book the hotel again if I went back.

        We had a great stay here. The hotel is within perfect walking distance of the main train station which was great for us as that was how we were traveling throughout Italy. The hotel is also within 10-15 minutes of the main sights of the city. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast provided each morning was delicious.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
