Nice hotel, very friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooftop with amazing views!! For the price it is absolutely the best option if you stay in Sultanahmet and want to be a few walking minutes away from all the tourist spots. Thanks to Emre and Rashad from the reception also for recommending us affordable food options in the area without us even asking…we truly felt welcome!

We were a group of four and went there on thursday the 26th and had a reservation for 5 days. The rooms they offered us where nothing like the pictures. The were in the basement and it was mold unclean and had a really bad smell which we couldnt sleep in. Immediately we asked for an upgrade but they said they couldnt offer us until the next day. We left and got another hotel right by the center. Dont be fooled about location its about 20 minute drive from taksim square. The hotel was awful and did not even offer us a partial refund.

After reading all the reviews I didn't expect much. The room was basic, the roof terrace was nice with the swing and nice view, and the hotel staff was kind. When we were leaving, it was early in the morning and I had to ring the doorbell and wake up the staff. Still Emre from reveption offered me a cup of coffee, called us a taxi and waited with us until the driver arrived. So the service was good. Good loe-price hotel in perfect location.

The worst hotel I‘ve ever been to. All the bad comments here absolutely tell the truth. The pictures do not resemble the hotel at all. The hotel itself looked horrible and not really clean. The rooms weren‘t clean either. The bathroom was the worst. The hygiene there was also terrible and the shower was full of mold. I booked for 10 days online I payed £850 no refund 1p when I Arrived the hotel I leave straightway so so dirty hotel staff so rude please never ever go there if u go there just losing money that’s all

Good morning, I do not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay, it has humidity, dirt, furniture stacked in front of the room door without ventilation and the staff is the worst.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
