Stayed in 23rd. Dec 2023 Col. & Mrs. Karki Kathmandu Nepal - Exceptionally good ——10/10 - Truly I never excepted such a luxuriate stay in Art De Sea view hotel in Hua Hin. - I wish to render my heart felt thanks to the most courteous reservation staff Ms. KIK & care taker Ms. NUCH. They simply deserve their position to be upgraded that I strongly recommend. - Thanks to the hotel owner who responded me like a good friend in telephone & provided me the hotel room in 4th floor during Xmas time. - Break fast was absolutely good as it was served like grand mom feeding to her beloved child. Finally seeing off time was pretty sentimental. - Respected hotel owner, by your able leadership we no doubt feel that Art De Sea view hotel in Hua-Hin will flourish forever.

Room that i stayed is definitely good for 2 people. Still ok for 3 having extra bed but it will be a bit cramped. Service is superb. I like the location - quiet, isolated with a nice view. Relaxing place.

Beautiful room. Great views. Awesome people. It's a bit out of the centre of town but that's the main appeal to me. After a busy day or night in the middle of Hua Hin, it's paradise to get back to my amazing room away from the hustle and bustle. There's a great beach just over the road also

Small room but nothing is missing. Decoration is great. Strong showering. Breakfast is standard but rice porridge is great. Crossing small road to the (small) beach is fine but almost no beach already as of global climate change. Also near to Sundance Club and Italasia wine shop within 350 meters.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
