Basic, clean, no luxury, no sea views; -) but absolutely fine for staying the nights while exploring the city during day. Right next to Charlottenburg station, the location is perfect.

Great value for the price. Maybe the district is not the best, but a subway station is in 50 meters. Rooms are dated, but kept clean and staff is very welcoming and caring. There is a lobby inside with coffee and tea.

My staying is this hotel was a very bad experience. First off all the room that I picked was not available, so they give us two rooms for the night but they didn't have keys for the rooms Wich make us depend on the reception every time we wanted come in in the room. I've paid 50€ for the parking but every time I needed to park or take out the car I needed to pick up the key in the reception and bring the key back. In the second day they moved us to the family room: the bathroom in that room smelled like death, really awful. The floor squeeze a lot, every time someone put is feet in the floor wake up all the family. Every day we had problems.with the room's key. Finally in the last night, we arrived at 11 pm and we have to wait 1,5 hours for the mechanic open out room's door. Awful experience, not any kind of respect for costumers... Normally they should offer the breakfast or lunch, or even return some money, but nothing... Didn't worth the money

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
