We stayed at their Superior triple room, it is very spacious. Hotel is very near train station. this is also one of the stop of keisei skyliner and lots of restaurants within the area. Enjoyed our stay

I would say very good for value. I booked Superior Triple Room, the room is super spacious beyond our expectation. The room is clean and has memory foam pillow. Is very near the train station and can get skyliner to Narita Airport. Though the hotel is not very modern or new, just ordinary decor.

If I could give the location 10 stars out of 5, I would. Nippori is underrated as a location but it's one of the most convenient places to stay at as far as I can tell. The hotel itself is clean and the staff was easy to talk to.

Location is fantastic & just across the south exit if you travel via the Yamanote line. If its the Skyliner then you have to get out via the East exit & turn right once you are on the streets. Lors of places to eat nearby & if there is a flaw with the hotel, I have to say its the central air con. It was so noisy on my 1st night that I had trouble sleeping.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
