We came here to pick up an associate for our business trip to Kuantan. We find the apartment suites to be very appealing to locals and tourists alike. The location being adjacent to Publika and Mont Kiara helped attract a certain upmarket clients and contributed to the high occupancy as well.

The parking was a tad bit confusing, the building (for the Airbnb suite building) had this mouldy musky smell, at the walkway, in the rooms, even in the lift have this odd smell. The whole building needs some airing. The top floor jacuzzi is under maintenance (when asked for how long the person guarding the door say until further notice). Anyways I will not be coming back, the entire building looks pretty from far but cheap when near. You can get some nice pictures I suppose but wouldn’t recommend long stays.

Nice residence, but the lifts are busy and very slow. Parking is allocated, but the numbers painted on the floor are faded so it's hard to find your dedicated parking space. We rented an apartment overnight just for a mini-break, and it was quite nice, but the bed had collapsed in the middle. However, this is the fault of the individual owner (MK1-8-01). There is a spacious jacuzzi, but no bubbles, so don't be deceived by the publicity. The pool looks enormous online, but it's actually quite small.

Booked a 1 night stay for merdeka eve through agoda by Autumn Suites.. Cheap basic homestay.. no carpet on floor.. and everything very2 basic lah.. Have designated parking but it is very dim.. and i have to pay rm15 to the agent for the 1 night parking fees.. Many nice spots to take photos..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
